Judy Hung enjoys a versatile career as violinist, pianist, violoncellist da spalla, teacher & artistic director. She performs on both modern & period instruments. She has appeared as a soloist, chamber musician & recitalist in Asia, North America & Europe.
Founder & artistic director of l'Orchestre symphonique des jeunes de Vaudreuil-Soulanges Youth Symphony Orchestra, Judy recently joins the music team at Collège Beaubois and was a professor at McGill Conservatory of Music until its closure in 2022. Judy Hung serves at McGill University's Schulich School of Music as collaborative pianist, and is also the music director and organist at Valois United Church.
Judy Hung offers piano & violin lessons at her studios on the West Island of Montreal as well as in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges area.
An experienced collaborative pianist & piano accompanist with vast repertoire, Judy Hung provides collaborative piano & piano accompanying services.
Her solo album "Essence Baroque" will be released in October 2022 with the generous support of CALQ and MRC de Vaudreuil-Soulanges.
Judy also thanks to Canada Council for the Arts for supporting her violoncello da spalla research project during 2022-2023.
